Upgrading from a previous version of FoodWorks

For a limited time after closure, currently registered users of FoodWorks can upgrade from any previous version to the current version (FoodWorks 18) for US$19.00 including download delivery.
NOTE that there is no technical support for any edition of the FoodWorks software.  If you do not have a backup of your installation file for future installations, you can purchase one using this option.

Registered users who hold Unlimited Site Licenses or Limited Additional Computer Licenses for FoodWorks on multiple computers need to order only 1 upgrade to cover all licensed computers.

To purchase an upgrade, you will need to tell us the 9-digit serial number of your FoodWorks license.
Be sure to include your FoodWorks license serial number when placing your upgrade order to get the special upgrade price.  You can place your order by following the instructions described in the Ordering section of this web site.  Click the Ordering link above to see the instructions.

Locating your FoodWorks license serial number: The serial number is found in your download confirmation email below the receipt.  If you received your FoodWorks by mail, the serial number is found inside the CD case on a white label below the CD.  If you have an older version of FoodWorks that was packaged in a box, the serial number is found on a white label on the bottom of the box and on the flap of the CD envelope. You also can find your serial number by opening the Help menu on the FoodWorks main control panel and then choosing About FoodWorks. Or, just click on the “chili pepper” icon at the left of the FoodWorks Main Control Panel.
